Kasim Sulton News

Kasim Sulton was interviewed this morning for about 20 minutes by telephone on Radio WDST in the Woodstock, NY area. The interview was also streamed on the Internet (an MP3 of the whole interview will be added to KasimInfo.com soon).
This interview was to promote Kasim's gigs tomorrow night in Schenectady but he also was asked about his new album Quid Pro Quo and clips from Before She Was Gone, The One Sure Thing, We The People and Where Is My Soul were played.
As the radio studio was actually in the former Utopia video studio, they talked about Utopia and about trying to get Todd Rundgren to do something as a group again. Kasim said that he lived with Todd (in his studio on the grounds of his house) when he first moved to Woodstock. He also spoke about his own studio at home and about him playing everything (including his dulcimer) on Quid Pro Quo, except the programmed drums and a couple of guest guitar spots.
