This afternoon Kasim Sulton played a live two song acoustic set as part of Meat Loaf’s band on the Johnnie Walker Show on national UK radio (BBC Radio 2 in London). They sang Tear Me Down and Couldn’t Have Said It Better and the definite highlight of both songs were where Kasim could clearly be heard singing solo!
Earlier Meat Loaf attended an online chat in the studio and several times he was asked about Kasim - has he congratulated Kasim for Quid Pro Quo winning the Kweevak.com Viewers Choice Award and why wasn’t Kasim in the video for Couldn’t Have Said It Better? In reply to the latter Meat Loaf’s exact words were “Not a question to be answered - it was a mistake”!
Later Kasim himself joined the online chat both before and after the performance. Other than hellos and goodbyes, this was Kasim’s contribution to the chat:
