15.45 - As, according to some mailing lists, Meat Loaf no longer has a record contract, there seems to be a lot of confusion as to whether the dates already announced are the actual Testify Tour or not (actually it's more a series of gigs rather than a tour proper at the moment!). For that reason I have changed the wording on my site from "Meat Loaf Testify Tour" to "Meat Loaf Summer 2002 Tour" (in some places it's listed as the "Meat Loaf and Friends Tour" too). All the links remain the same.
15.15 - Both the News and parts of the Future Appearances sections of the site have been updated.
14.00 - Sandi Daae has updated her site to include the Meat Loaf tour dates and some great new photos of Kasim from the Power Trio Tour.
05.45 - Just a reminder that according to the message that Kasim Sulton sent to the mailing list attached to his official website KasimSulton.com, today is the day that he has a photo session in New York for the cover of Quid Pro Quo!
02.45 - Kasim Sulton has confirmed that these are the Tommy James and The Shondells gigs that he will be playing this year:

02.15 - Thanks for even more e-mails overnight regarding the April Fools Joke! Just to clarify that, other than the Celine Dion part, although not direct quotes from Kasim, everything else in the "interview" was factual. As has been suggested by someone, I have removed the Rolling Stone logo. From now on it's back to everything on this site having been either confirmed with Kasim Sulton (or another official source) unless it is stated as a rumor.....until Apriil Fools Day 2003, of course!

19.00 - Many thanks for all the e-mails that I received yesterday regarding the April Fools Day Spoof Rolling Stone Magazine interview - I'm glad that it at least fooled some people! The interviews has now been moved to the Interactive section of the site.

02.00 - Kasim Sulton sent a message to the mailing list attached to his official website KasimSulton.com! The main points were that he has a photo session for Quid Pro Quo on Wednesday, two Meat Loaf shows for charities on 22nd April and 10th June, some Tommy James gigs coming up, Kasim himself will be playing some solo gigs and a CD release party is planned for his album!

18.00 - The opening page of the site has been updated now that Kasim's Have Guitar, Will Travel Tour is complete.
10.00 - Is it just me or does the guy in the foreground of the first photo of the Lancaster, PA pics on the Official Tommy James and The Shondells website (or click here for the direct link) look exactly like Kasim? (I know I saw him in Cleveland, Ohio that night too!)
09.30 - There's a new photo of Kasim Sulton on the Official Tommy James and The Shondells website! 07.00 - The transcript of Kasim Sulton's online chat with his fans on 14th October 2001 has been added to the site. The highlights of the chat are in the Press section of the site and the complete transcript is in the Interactive section. Many thanks to Kasim for giving permission for the transcript to be added to the site.
05.15 - As was previously mentioned on the Yahoo KasimSulton Mailing List, this site is in the process of being totally revamped, hence the lack of updates recently (plus not too much has been happening!). Hopefully the new site design will coincide with the release of Quid Pro Quo!

19.15 - Tickets go on sale on 7th April at 10.00am for the Meat Loaf concert that Kasim Sulton will be playing in Saratoga, California on the Meat Loaf Testify Tour. The time for the concert has also been announced as 7.30pm.
10.00 - There have been a couple of posts this morning on the Todd Rundgren Connection messageboard about people's opinions of Kasim Sulton's recent tour, both good and bad.
07.00 - On the Chicago Citysearch website there is a review of Kasim's gig in Chicago! I've added my review too....anyone else who was at the gig like to add one?!

20.15 - The Kasim Sulton Featured Video Of The Week section of the site has been updated with a clip of Kasim singing Eternal Love!
10.30 - TRBazaar.com has both Kasim and Lights On available on CDr for $18 each. Kasim Sulton has given permission to reproduce and distribute the two CDrs and scanned inserts and a disc label are included. Click here for the direct link.
08.30 - It appears that due to some slightly ambiguous wording on the TicketMaster website, the tickets for Kasim's Meat Loaf Testify Tour concert in Chicago that were for sale through the Internet were actually available from 19th to 22nd March but now are only on sale by telephone on (312) 559-1212. Just a warning that after charges the tickets can cost over $86!

12.00 - There appears to be some confusion regarding the sale of tickets for Kasim's Meat Loaf Testify Tour concert in Chicago as tickets are currently not available online but were expected to be as the Internet Presale closed last night and it was expected that unregistered people could purchase them from this morning.

12.00 - From the "well, it's all quiet in KasimWorld catergory"(!), the Quid Pro Quo.com website is for a legal firm based in Connecticut!

15.00 - Kasim Sulton's forthcoming CD Quid Pro Quo has been given the catalogue number CD 109 according to the Sphere Sound Records website! Apparently it's a "limited edition CD" - let's hope the limit is 1,000,000 copies! If you click here it brings up the suspected release date as "Spring 2002" and today is the first day of spring!

16.30 - From the "well, it made me laugh category"(!), apparently Kasim is getting fed up with the rather prolific Jim Steinman mailing list so publicly asked how one unsubscribes. A couple of people replied to the list (not realizing that it was actually the real Kasim Sulton) - one of the responses was from George W. Bush (presumably not the real one)!
07.00 - The online edition of the MidWest Beat has been updated to include the article about Kasim Sulton complete with a color photo.
