23.15 - A MP3 of Kasim's interview on WJJO 94.1 has been added to both the Press and the Have Guitar, Will Travel Tour sections of the site.
16.00 - There have been some posts on Angry's Todd Rundgren and Utopia Yahoo Board / Group about Kasim's gigs in Ohio.The message numbers are 4874, 4878 and 4914. There is also a thread on the messageboard attached to Kasim's official website KasimSulton.com about Kasim's gig in Cleveland (Kasim also sang The One Sure Thing at the gig too).
15.45 - Apparently Kasim Sulton has contributed to a new book to be printed soon called A Dream Goes On Forever - The Continuing Story Of Todd Rundgren. Click here for more details.

10.30 - The Sit 'n' Bull Pub has added some blurb about Kasim's upcoming gig onto it's website! As it will disappear after the gig, I've reproduced it here:
"On Thursday 3/7 it's KASIM SULTON. Singer/songwriter Kasim Sulton, best known for playing bass and sharing lead vocals with Todd Rundgren in Utopia, will be performing a solo acoustic show. Great music, including Kasim's solo songs, classic Utopia gems, and even a Beatles cover or two. RICKY BYRD opens."
01.00 - 65 photos of Kasim have been added to the Photo Gallery on his official website KasimSulton.com. Some of them have been seen before but there's a poignant one of Kasim and his mother in the World Trade Center and two from a recent photo session in Belgium (click here and here for the direct links).

10.00 - The video taping policy at Kasim's gigs has been changed. "No further requests for videotaping shows will be accepted. Due to the high volume of inquiries, we have reached the limit for the number of requests we can adequately accommodate. Thanks to those who wrote in advance, we appreciate your cooperation and understanding."

08.00 - Kasim Sulton has a listing on the Cleveland.com website for his gig tonight. It describes him as "Kasim Sulton is a longtime Utopia member"!

22.45 - Kasim's official website KasimSulton.com has been updated with a new photo on the Press page. The updates are now at the top of the front page and the discography has been moved to the Bio page.
18.45 - Although the gig is in the past now, Kasim Sulton receives a mention in the "8 Days A Week" section of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette paper! As I expect that it will soon disappear, it says:
"Also, Kasim Sulton of Utopia is defacing the music tonight at Club Cafe -- without Todd Rundgren. The show is at 8. Tickets: $10 in advance, $12 at door; 412-323-1919"
16.00 - Message #4878 on Angry's Todd Rundgren and Utopia Yahoo messageboard gives a review of Kasim's gig in Kent, Ohio last night.
15.45 - The set list, a review and some very dark photos of Kasim Sulton's gig at Mike's Place in Kent, Ohio has been added to the Have Guitar, Will Travel Tour section of the site.
15.30 - The Sit 'n' Bull Pub has corrected Kasim's surname on it's website!

14.00 - As during this tour KasimInfo.com is averaging 800 hits per day, I've revamped the front page to make it easier to navigate for people who are new to the site.

Not only Todd Rundgren's Utopia, but a host of different groups have benefited from Sulton's bass work and backing vocals, including Meat Loaf and Joan Jett. This tour has him working solo, alone with his guitar and his stories, and that's how he's playing it. 16.00 - A few days ago, Lia Cosentino posted a message to the main Todd Rundgren mailing list BeyondAwizard about some Kasim press articles and now there have been about 40 posts on the list called "more Kas press" even though they are way off the subject of Kasim!

07.30 - There is even some discussion on a Blue Oyster Cult messageboard about Kasim's tour! (Kasim played a couple of gigs with BOC).
