This Must Be Love Trapped I Saw The Light
Fans were asked to gather then 15 minutes early and were all given "fire crackers" to herald Todd's arrival. Accompanying Todd were his family (Michelle, Rex, Randy and Rebop), the whole Liars band and all the crew. The event was scheduled to last 2 hours but Todd stayed for almost 3 hours - even when another band started playing! Kasim described it in a message to his mailing list as "The little party the One World Fan Club threw for Todd and the boys on Monday evening was the best. The entertainment was the Cutie Thirty Somethings. Their version of "I Love Rock And Roll" would have made Joan proud. They requested my presence on stage for a couple of numbers and not wanting to be discourteous to such a wonderful group of fans, I rose to the occasion and managed to remember the words and chords to two songs. Both of which the Cutie Thirty Somethings did flawlessly - "This Must Be Love" and "Trapped"". The Cutie Thirty Somethings played a selection of well-known songs and then a medley of Utopia hits. Jesse Gress joined in on guitar on Hang On Snoopy and Kasim played bass and sang lead on both This Must Be Love and Trapped. The final song was I Saw The Light which both Jesse and Kasim played and Todd sang. All the band made themselves very accessible to all the fans and posed for photos all evening.
