Kasim had been told that the GM advert (featuring Paradise By The Dashboard Light) wasn't the original recording but the fans who had heard it convinced him that it was!
The Meat Loaf rehearsals start next week
It will only be Kasim opening the Meat Loaf shows (when Cyndi Lauper isn't opening). He expects to play 3 or 4 songs

There will be a new background singer in Meat Loaf's band for this tour - "Pearl is off doing her own thing" ("Sara was great but we're getting someone from NY")
There are 3 songs already written by "Jim S" for Bat Out Of Hell 3 - "I have heard them and they are amazing"
Kasim said that there will is a follow up album to Quid Pro Quo in the works - "sure is, I have my road studio all ready to go"
Kasim asked if everyone enjoyed the online chats (inevitably they all said that they did). Kasim said that he enjoyed them too and maybe he could schedule one every two weeks when he's on the road and "I could have someone who lives in the town I'm playing in join me"!
Meat Loaf wants to do a song with Cyndi Lauper at the end of each show which she plays
