This was a promotional in-store appearance by Kasim to promote his new CD Quid Pro Quo. As well as performing live some tracks from the album he signed copies of the CD.

Apparently one story that Kasim told at the appearance was that when he was 16 he bought his first piano to learn on. It's been in his mother's basement since then, but years later he wanted a guitar made so he took some of the keys (which were ivory) and used them to have the names of his family inlay on the neck in between the frets. Kasim said he never travels with it, but because all of his guitars were at Westbury from the night before, he brought this one along
